Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team! This role is Part-time Remote and will primarily focus on creating visually engaging content for social media, marketing materials, and other digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a creative mindset, and the ability to produce compelling graphics that align with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create marketing materials such as banners, Meta Ads Graphics, infographics, email templates, and website assets.
• Develop consistent branding elements across all digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and multimedia content as needed.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and social media best practices.

Desirable Skills :

✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
✅ Experience in social media content creation and digital marketing design.
✅ Strong understanding of branding, color theory, and typography.
✅ Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools) is a plus.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
✅ Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
✅ Knowledge of Canva and other online design tools is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 5+ years of Hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or social media content creation.
• At least 5+ years of Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools) is a bonus.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines to maintain consistency.
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and collaborate with others

Additional Details:

• This is a freelance role with the potential for full-time employment.
• The budget will be discussed during the hiring process to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
