Job Overview

As a Call Center Representative, you will be an essential part of our team, providing customer service and support over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns effectively.

Duties

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information or resolve issues
  • Utilize computerized systems to enter data accurately
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Analyze customer needs to offer appropriate solutions
  • Handle inquiries related to medical terminology and office procedures
  • Assist bilingual callers as needed
  • Maintain phone etiquette standards at all times

Skills

  • Proficient in English language
  • Strong customer service skills
