As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and updating our merchant database. Your responsibilities will include:

• Data Entry: Entering new merchant data into the system, including business details, menu items, hours of operation, and more.
• Data Maintenance: Reviewing and updating existing merchant information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support: Handling basic inquiries and troubleshooting for vendors/merchants experiencing issues with the platform.
• Documentation: Maintaining organized records and documentation of all data entry activities.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the merchant support team to resolve vendor-related problems.
• Efficiency: Providing accurate and timely data entry to support the overall operations of our online food delivery mobile app.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry.
• English level is B2 or above.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills to handle vendor inquiries.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with online food delivery platforms is a plus.
