What will you do as a Account Manager?
As a Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving Revly's SaaS adoption, onboarding and success in the GCC Market.
What’s expected from the role?
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with clients of all sizes by ensuring the correct usage of the platform.
- AB/Test different strategies to understand what activation works best for clients.
- Analyze performance and educate on the next course of action based on their goals.
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to building productive relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)
- Gather & share feedback from clients with the engineering and product team to build a better UX/UI.
- Proficient in campaign management, setting up, and optimization. Analyze campaign performance data to offer data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our product offering and have an input on the roadmap.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the leadership team on product roadmap.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in SaaS account management/business development or strategy in digital marketing roles is a big plus (not a must).
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and insights to assess performance.
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Growth mindset, and ability to accept challenges and adapt quickly.
- Proficient in office suite tools. Specifically Excel and Powerpoint.
- Proficient in English, and proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
