About Us:
LeadAmp AI is a fast-growing AI-powered automation platform designed to help service-based businesses convert more leads and automate their follow-ups. We work with a range of industries including real estate, med spas, dental clinics, and blue-collar businesses. As we scale, we’re looking for a part-time GHL Specialist to support our clients and help them get the most out of their systems.

Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Go High Level (GHL) Specialist to assist our clients with onboarding, troubleshooting, and platform-related questions. You’ll serve as a helpful, tech-savvy guide who ensures each client feels confident using our system. This is a part-time remote role with a set monthly salary.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide client support via email, Zoom, or chat for GHL-related questions
  • Guide new users through onboarding, setup, and automations
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate when necessary
  • Offer best practice recommendations to help clients optimize their use of LeadAmp AI
  • Collaborate with the internal team to improve onboarding workflows

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Go High Level (required)
  • Excellent communication skills and customer support mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
  • Comfortable working with service-based business clients (e.g., real estate, spas, contractors)

Role Details:

  • Position Type: Part-Time
  • Schedule: Flexible, with some overlap in EST hours preferred
  • Compensation: Fixed monthly salary (discussed during interview)
