Working Hours: CET 9AM-5PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote English Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a strong background in e-commerce, particularly with Amazon. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide top-notch technical support and troubleshooting for electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronic products.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues on the Amazon platform.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Adapt to late-night shifts with reliability and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
