Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in New Cairo for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Location: New Cairo (5th settlement)

Qualifications

- Fluency in English

- Required English level: B1-C1

- Bachelor's degree (gap year students can apply as well)

Specifications

- Rotational shifts / Morning shifts / Night shifts

- Rotational days off (2 days off per week)

- 9 working hours (including one-hour break)
