Customer Support Representative (Financial Services or Forex)

Responsibilities:
ꔷ Respond promptly to inbound and outbound client inquiries, such as deposits and withdrawals via email, phone, or live chat, ensuring smooth account operations and client satisfaction.
ꔷ Troubleshoot technical issues with forex trading platforms, identify and coordinate complex issues with appropriate teams, and manage client expectations to ensure client's complaints are solved appropriately.
ꔷ Support ongoing account needs, such as updating payment details or assisting with trading-related queries, to enhance the client experience.
ꔷ Recording and organizing client issues and requests to offer actionable insights to management.
ꔷ Working as part of a team to ensure department KPI's are met, particularly with regards to response times and client satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
ꔷ 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or forex.
ꔷ Familiarity with forex trading platforms and terminology.
ꔷ Strong interpersonal skills, fluent in local language and English communication.
ꔷ Always demonstrate a positive and professional image.
ꔷ Ability to work 24/5 shifts, aligning with forex market hours, including nights as needed.
