Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our Cairo-based team. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions, coordinate with drivers and management, and ensure smooth daily operations of Moniic. This role requires outstanding English communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor when engaging with VVIP clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
  • Handle customer queries professionally and promptly through various communication channels.
  • Respond to inquiries using ChatGPT to craft well-articulated, professional responses tailored to VVIP clients.
  • Driver Coordination:
  • Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient trip scheduling and execution.
  • Oversee drivers’ activities, including shift changes, weekly rosters, and compliance with company standards.
  • Operational Oversight:
  • Monitor trips and ensure a seamless experience for clients from start to finish.
  • Address and resolve operational issues, such as trip delays or driver-related concerns, proactively.
  • Collaboration with Management:
  • Liaise with management to implement instructions and report on daily operations.
  • Provide timely updates on trips, client feedback, and driver performance.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer support role, preferably in the ride-sharing or transportation industry.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT for crafting professional responses.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Flexible to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 operational setup.
  • Preferred: Experience working with luxury or ride-sharing services.
