DigiSay Group is a media tech company that started in 2010 focusing initially on creator services including content management and distribution. Today DigiSay acts as a media group with subsidiaries providing end to end services around the content life-cycle from inception to monetization. DigiSay aims to focus on the media sector from a technology, production, and venture-building perspective.

Main Responsibilities


As a Project Coordinator at DigiSay Group's Project Management Office, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the success of various initiatives. This role demands a solid foundation in project management methodologies, marketing activities, and business development strategies, coupled with strong adaptability to dynamic project requirements.

  • Project Management
    • Implement and oversee project management best practices to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
    • Collaborate across teams to ensure project goals align with organizational objectives.
  • Marketing and Strategic Insights
    • Conduct in-depth market research to inform strategic decisions and project direction.
    • Design marketing materials and presentations, ensuring they effectively communicate key messages and resonate with diverse audiences.
    • Develop and refine strategic approaches that integrate data-driven insights and creative concepts.
    • Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-quality visual and written materials, such as brochures, pitch decks, and promotional content.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and map opportunities that align with the group's strategic vision and objectives.
    • Play an active role in shaping initiatives to support business growth and market expansion.
    • Contribute to crafting proposals, presentations, and other documentation for potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management
    • Coordinate with international clients across different time zones, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
    • Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams to address project needs and expectations.
    • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project updates.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability
    • Adapt quickly to shifting project requirements and priorities based on client or organizational needs.
    • Demonstrate resilience and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Flexibility to work on different shifts, extra hours, and on official holidays and collaborate with clients and teams in varying time zones.
  • Continuous Learning and Innovation
    • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve project outcomes.
    • Introduce innovative ideas to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Share knowledge and recommendations to drive creativity within the team.
  • CEO-Directed Tasks
    • Handle and prioritize ad hoc tasks assigned directly by the CEO.
    • Ensure high-quality execution and follow-through of these tasks in alignment with the CEO's vision.
    • Act as a key support function for high-priority and time-sensitive projects.
  • Support for Series and Movie Productions
    • Provide logistical and operational support for series and movie production projects.
    • Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
    • Assist in managing production schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years work experience of direct work in project management capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Clickup, Basecamp or Trello).
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Excel).
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions.
  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication.
