We seek an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, with the ability to source and manage both clients and candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including networking and online platforms
• Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable job opportunities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from client engagement to candidate placement
• Achieve and exceed billing targets while contributing to the overall growth of the recruitment team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with a history of meeting or exceeding billing targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: E£5,000.00 - E£11,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
