We're looking for a Tech Specialist who is proficient in UX, web design, and web development, especially in designing high-conversion landing pages, and has experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, digital course platforms (e.g. Kajabi), digital communities (e.g. Skool), integration with payment processing (e.g. Stripe), email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp) and advertising technology. Additionally, this role demands expertise in email marketing, copywriting and design.
Job Role:
As a Tech Specialist at Veritas Creative Media, your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize web assets across multiple platforms, focusing on maximizing user engagement and conversion rates. You will lead the design and implementation of landing pages, manage web projects on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, build the technical components of digital products (course, community offerings, etc) and oversee our email marketing.

- Web Development: 5+ years (Required)
- Project Management: 2+ years (Required)
- UI/UX Design: 2+ years (Preferred)
- Shopify: 2+ years (Preferred)
- Data Engineering & Reporting: 2+ years (Preferred)
- Digital Marketing Analytics: 2+ years (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage internal website building projects from initiation to completion, utilizing custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and drag-and-drop builders (Shopify, Webflow, Elementor).
- Design, build, and maintain relational databases and data models (e.g., Airtable, SQL) to centralize agency metrics and operational data.
- Develop and implement interactive dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio) to track:
- Revenue by channel, campaign, and offer
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics
- Sales funnel performance (leads, conversion rates, show-up rates)
- Marketing metrics (click-through rates, engagement, attribution)
- Create and maintain automated data pipelines (via Zapier, Integromat, or custom scripts) to integrate data from Close CRM, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, and other platforms.
- Implement revenue attribution frameworks and multi-touch attribution models to accurately assign credit across marketing and sales channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to gather reporting requirements and translate business questions into technical solutions.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure data integrity across systems to minimize reporting discrepancies.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members on data tools, reporting best practices, and dashboard interpretation.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, analytics frameworks, and industry trends to continually enhance the agency’s data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in web development (4+ years) using custom code and popular site builders.
- Strong proficiency with relational databases (SQL, Airtable) and experience designing data schemas.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Familiarity with data integration and automation platforms (Zapier, Integromat) and/or ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Solid understanding of revenue attribution methodologies and marketing analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment is a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and the ability to work remotely.
