Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every customer. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards resolution.
  • Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the office system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or customer support is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills in English; bilingual candidates (Spanish or other languages) are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software and customer management systems.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service to customers.
