Responsibilities

  • Oversee the work of field sales representatives by handling incoming inquiries, qualifying leads, feeding CRM, routing them to the appropriate technical channels and provide feedback to manage the full sales cycle till closing deals.
  • Schedule periodic meeting with field sales team to follow up open opportunities to convert leads to orders.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers by making market research, scheduling sales calls & meetings
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to the sales team and management.
  • Follow up after sales team & logistics team to ensure successful completion of orders & customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualification:

  • Effective communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent English
  • Valid passport & driving license as might need to travel couple of times a year .
