Senior Business Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, define, and prioritize business requirements.
• Create and document business process flows, functional specifications, and system architecture designs.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and ensure clear communication of requirements.
• Analyze key business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Oversee all stages of product development, including planning, development, testing, release, and production.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with stakeholder objectives and business goals.
• Communicate project plans, progress updates, and deliverables to stakeholders and project managers.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on design creation and solution implementation.
• Strong expertise in architecture design modeling and related tools.
• Proficiency in requirements-gathering techniques and tools (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project methodologies.
• Excellent skills in process mapping, re-engineering, and data analysis.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Lucid chart, draw.io) and documentation management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Loop).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale projects with significant business impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Adaptability to new technologies and evolving business needs.
• Certifications such as CBAP, ScrumMaster (CSM), or PSPO are highly desirable.
