Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to drive the digital marketing strategy and initiatives for our Diesel Generator Company in the Middle East, Qatar, KSA, and Egpyt.

the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, executing, and managing all online marketing efforts, with a focus increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and promoting the company’s range of diesel generators and power solutions to both B2B and B2C audiences.

This role requires strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, analytics, pay per click marketing, performance marketing, google ads drive, and ability to work collaboratively with sales, product development, and senior management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the overall business goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities in the diesel generator industry to adjust strategies as needed.

Oversee the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively for maximum return on Investment (ROI)

SEO & SEM Campaigns:

Lead SEO initiatives to enhance organic visibility on search engines for key products, services and keywords related to diesel generator and power solutions.

Manage Google Ads, and other paid search campaigns, ensuring effective targeting ad copy optimization, and maximizing the performance of paid search efforts

Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to optimize digital content

Content Creation and Management:

Oversee the creation of engaging content (Blogs, social Media Posts, Case Studies, Videos, etc) that educates potential customers about the benefits and applications of diesel generators and power solutions

Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, sales, product) to create high-quality product content, including datasheets, technical documentation and marketing materials

Manage and update the company website regularly, ensuring content is fresh, relevant and optimized for user experience and conversion.

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to increase brand visibility and engage with potential clients.

Manage paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, creative development, and performance tracking

Engage to followers and respond to inquiries, ensuring a positive brand presence and customer satisfaction

Lead Generation and CRM:

Implement lead generation strategies through digital channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, email Marketing, etc.) and ensure they align with the company’s sales pipeline.

Optimize the company’s CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, or others) to track, and manage leads effectively, ensuring smooth lead-to-sale conversion

Nurture leads through automated email campaigns, webinars, and targeted messaging to convert them into customers

Analytic and Reporting:

Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track website traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior.

Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including ROI analysis, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Monitor and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights, ensuring that digital marketing activities align with company goals and deliver results
Collaboration and Leadership:

Work closely with the sales team to ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with lead generation objectives and sales targets

Collaborate with product development teams to understand new offerings and communicate their value propositions effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or any related field. A Masters degree or certification in Digital Marketing is a plus

At least 5+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, B2C or industrial sectors

Proven experience in managing digital campaigns for technical or engineering-based company, ideally within the power generation or energy sectors

Must have strong knowledge in SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising

Strong understanding of online marketing strategies, best practices, and tools

Ability to create and manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Linkedin

Exceptional communication skills and ability to create compelling content for various audiences
