We’re looking for a skilled and strategic Media Buyer to join our remote team at Arena Capital!

In this role, you’ll independently manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. You’ll focus on optimizing performance, maximizing ROI, and scaling results. If you’ve got hands-on experience, strong reporting skills, and a growth mindset — we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
• Conduct audience research and targeting strategies
• Collaborate on creatives and write ad copy when needed
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to meet KPIs and maximize ROI
• Conduct A/B tests across creatives, placements, and audiences
• Prepare weekly performance reports with clear recommendations
• Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and best practices
• Work closely with internal teams to align campaign goals with client objectives

Requirements:

• You must be based in Egypt.
• You must be a Fluent English Speaker.
• Perfect English writing and speaking skills are essential.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in media buying (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and at least one other platform (TikTok, Snapchat, or Google)
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Egypt Time)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing eCommerce or lead generation campaigns
• Familiarity with landing page tools, tracking setup, and CRO principles
• Certifications in Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads platforms are a plus
