Job brief

First-level Application Support Specialist is required to join to support Enozom products.


    • Provide prompt and efficient technical support to clients.
    • Offering guidance on product usage, troubleshooting issues, and resolving any concerns that may arise.
    • Providing support via live chat and email.
    • Holding demo meetings with potential clients.
    • Holding accounts setup meetings with new users.
    • Reporting users' issues to the technical team.


    • Flexibility to work from 9 am to 5 pm (on site).
    • Fluency in spoken and written English language is a MUST.
    • 1+ years of experience in customer support.
    • Knowledge of SAAS support is preferred.
