  • Responsible for creating and following a timeline and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensuring that all project elements are harmonized to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively
  • Managing and overseeing a range of administrative and operational tasks
  • Preparing tracking report to follow up purchasing tasks and SKUs.
  • Setting goals, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring team members work to their full potential
  • Performing specialized tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the agriculture sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
  • Knowledge of agricultural supply chains and related products.
  • Understanding of quality assurance and inventory management practices.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of environmental and regulatory requirements in the agriculture sector is a plus.
