Operational
- Content & Platform Support
- Uploads photos, videos and content to AGF digital platforms. Assists with website updates and page management.
- Request & Workflow Management
Tracks communications request and follows up with relevant team members to ensure timely delivery. Acts as the traffic controller for the communications team, receiving incoming requests, prioritizing them, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure timely execution.Coordinates between internal stakeholders, vendors, and communications leads to ensure clarity and efficient turnaround of deliverables. Manages team schedules, calendars, and deadlines related to communications outputs.
- Newsletter & Documentation
Prepares and distributes newsletters and internal communication updates. Supports documentation and formatting for internal and external materials.Assists the program communication focal points with compiling program-specific newsletters and preparing internal communications content.Manages PR and invoice processes related to communications purchases.Coordinates giveaway and branded material orders in collaboration with the Office Admin and Events Specialist.Supports the Brand Guardian with local printing and collateral needs within the UAE, and in the region when required.

Experience
2–4 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role within a communications or marketing environment. Experience in an advertising agency or similar, and particularly in a traffic or project coordination role, is highly recommended.
