Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Specialist with 5 to 7 years of proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment across various industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent, managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, while aligning hiring practices with the organization’s goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop and post job advertisements across various platforms.
• Source candidates using multiple channels, including social media, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and follow up on feedback.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports using the ATS.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Keep up to date with market trends and recruitment best practices.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in recruitment across various industries.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.

• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Strategic mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
