We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer & Quality Analysts to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our internal teams . You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees and clients have the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize our software solutions effectively.

• Facilitate the on-boarding process/sessions
• Conduct newcomer training
• Work closely with department managers to identify gaps and the required training and coaching
• Support in developing and delivering knowledge
• Monitor and evaluate employees' performance to ensure adhering to the quality standards
• Analyze and identify the trends and provide the recommended actions

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Trainer & Quality Analyst or similar role,.
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS technology and software development processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with trainees and stakeholders.
• Experience developing training materials and resources, including manuals, presentations, and online modules.
• Proficiency in using training tools and platforms, such as learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
