Job Summary: As an Operations Director you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of business operations.

Responsibilities:

Project management in the UAE: monitoring of all performance indicators in Sales, Marketing, Service

• Implementation of the company's development strategy in accordance with its mission and goals
• Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitability
• Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing the marketing department to increase brand awareness
• Identification of risks and development of a strategy to minimize them
• Maintaining accounting records in PowerBi, and providing data to the company's HQ

Qualifications:

• Work experience in retail
• Knowledge and understanding of sales techniques in retail and e-commerce
• General understanding of marketing
• Excellent management skills
• Native Arabic
• Fluent English
