Real Estate Acquisition Manager

Venture Property Group LLC is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated people to join our team. This is a 9-5 position focused on cold calling, following up/qualifying leads, scheduling and we believe it's a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

Position: Real Estate Acquisition Manager
Company: Venture Property Group, LLC (American Company)

Pay: $4-$5 USD per hour + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients
• Provide information about our services and offerings
• Schedule appointments and follow-up calls
• Maintain detailed records of calls and interactions
• Qualifying leads and evaluating properties

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Real Estate/wholesaling experience

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Location: Remote/ Work from home/ Zoom calls
