I Started working in Stream Global Services "Convergys" Back in 2009 as an agent, the Team building process was Absolutely amazing, the Management both Egyptian and American were so Helpful, I loved the place and wanted to continue there and try to get Promoted and i got Promoted to several Positions.

i joined stream for a 1 year and it wasn't the best experience ever to be part of. stream was a place with no educational value it was only about work
