working as customer care rep. was very good start for me , as i learnt how to handle customers (US customers) over the phone . dealing with technical and billing issues on the phone was very hard but useful for me as i was in the beginning of my career. day was so long with short breaks .

I Started working in Stream Global Services "Convergys" Back in 2009 as an agent, the Team building process was Absolutely amazing, the Management both Egyptian and American were so Helpful, I loved the place and wanted to continue there and try to get Promoted and i got Promoted to several Positions.
