Project Manager (Current Employee), Kuwait – 12 January 2017 1- review the Project requirements and maintenance plan & PPM Schedule managing the staff. 2- experience & skills every day should be increased. 3- Inititing,Scope, Excution, Monitror & control, finalize WBS. 4- Procurement And resource management. 5- Clients requiremnets against the budget. 6- Deliverable outcome as per plan & schedule.
I learned a lot about the project management and how important is the preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities, Siemens is one of the biggest company in the imaging medical devices, management were professional and co-workers were family.
I felt proud to work for Siemens and had an wonderful opportunities for learning and collaborative, ownership culture and top priority for safety, health and well being with environmental friendly work-life balanced culture, and Zero Harm in approach.
