One of the best business culture you can both work and gain experience in. also friendly environment, understanding management, and supporting staff. I just love Raya CC, and if it wasn't for traveling abroad, I would have Continued forever.
I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere, and I actually enjoyed going to work each morning. I felt that the leadership team was great too. They knew all of their employees on a first-name basis and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed the fact that the office tried to do community outreach with local organizations.

I Learned A Lot At Raya There Is Many Successful Stories There I Started At Call Center Agent At Raya On Mcdonald's UAE I Loved UAE Culture Till Creates A Passion Inside Me To Live Deal With UAE People I am Working Now As a Team Leader In MCdonald's UAE Call Center Project At Raya Contact Center Company And I had The Honor To Being A Part For Succsufel When We Had COPC Certification For 2 Years Now I Have A Dream To Go UAE And Build Mine

It was nice to work in such company, nice and great team, learned a lot from them. Most of my skills were built in such company. Work Culture is great. Good team management the hardest part of the job is when you communicate with customers who are so angry and must solve there problems by any means.
