During my previous roles in Orange Business Services, I developed a strong talent for building trusted relationships with high-value, high impact clients. I managed a portfolio of high clients, such as World Bank, Hapag Llyod, PWC, Flowserve, Heineken and many airline companies. I dedicated two years for second level technical support for network services, such as: data networks, VoIP, security and video conferencing where I gained excellent problem solving skills with the ability to ensure clients receive a friendly and professional assistance when they are experiencing technical difficulties. As a Team Leader I was responsible to handle major incidents, manage service review meetings, create schedules and assign tasks and I developed many supervision skills. Following this during my Regional Service Manager role I was responsible for overall service management profitability of clients, identify client needs and the opportunities to grow client relationship. During this time, I advanced my skills to handle the account management duties such as analyze statistics and compile accurate reports to determine the level of client service, work to upsell our products and services based on their needs and my recommendation, I grew an impressive presentation and communications skills, I have the ability to make presentations concerning the products you sell.
work environment is very good , team is very friendly , work balance is good , management need to be change , bad management also there is gap between salaries internal and between them peer, management don't listen to employees. they said all the time we have that if accept that is ok , if not you can leave.also no training refund

team is great . management is great . we can work and produce . flexible working time , this means that I must work 8 hours per day if I come to work at 7 am I will finish at 3 pm , if I go at 11 am I will finish at 7pm .
