Responsibilities as Service Delivery Manager - Reporting to Customer Excellence Expert (Project Manager), by Sending Weekly Status Reports for Diamond Customer projects. - Point of Contact with Service Account Management Expert, Service Provisioning Expert, Local Field Operations expert. - Handle the entire lifecycle of project management activities including project planning. - Timely management of the Service Commencement Notice (SCN) and Ready For Billing (RFB) - Proactive Tracking and Monitoring of all Service Components (circuit, equipment etc…) with respective supply chains until full delivery of ordered services. - Provide onsite support to Enterprise Field Technicians in the region. - Provide first-level problem-solving assistance for Field Technicians in the region. - Carry with the field team the Service installation for the circuit, equipment etc till the service is up and running. - Assist the customer for any circuit, equipment etc repairs needed during and after the implementation Phase. - Working with other team members as a Team player, offering help and support. - Adhere to the quality guideline to ensure the correct service Components (circuit, equipment etc…) is ordered per customer initial request. - Work with all vendors to ensure delivery of vendor services are in line with SLAs, managers and vendors coordination, and ensure all vendor operations adhere to general quality guidelines - Ensure the availability of requested equipment for project execution by integrating equipment requirements, liaising with relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely - more...
