* Help customers to configure and troubleshooting DSL services. * Troubleshooting network problems. * Manage and check customer’s accounts. * Receiving clients inquires and complains. * Supervising the ADSL services control, and much more……. * Troubleshooting ADSL problems with clients through telephone. * Check customers billing and Invoice. * Answer and process all customer segments inquiries, requests and complaints of customer's with faster solution. * Direct orders to the appropriate department/responsible to be processed. * Follow up the customer satisfaction. * Create tickets on CRM for every task I do.
