A typical day at work is split between responding to user problems and joining conference calls with my colleagues in India, France and the US for tracking improvement plans for the CRM tools provided to the users.

I learned a lot on both personal and technical levels as both were required in my job.

The best thing about Orange is the working environment and the co-workers' friendliness.

The hardest part was time and stress management, as in all jobs that include customer support anyway. Also the compensation and benefits at OBS are known to be relatively limited.
