its a good place to work at overall

i have a good and healthy work environment with wonderful colleages

management is not always understanding.

i have learned alot from thei company especially how to be professional on the working level and personal as well.

The hardest part of the job is that i cannot use what i have learned all over the past years unless i work in one of the telecom companies.

The most enjoyable part is the different events that the company usually makes.

Relaxed culture and mostly people are managed by objectives. work-life balance is fair, and so is career advancement within the company. Leadership changes often which might result in frequent shifts in strategy.
