working at Novartis was very enriching and developing experience, the organization allows and encourages open communication and creativity of ideas , it's a very fast paced company and there's a lot of competition going internally the only thing I have to say about working there is that there is no work life balance which can get sometimes exhausting.

I am an engineer who considers the value of work. I like the perfection in work and I am patient to reach that perfection. I like go through details and to train people to reach a better performance and depend on ourselves on most of work done.I am able to establish things because I have a talented hands and mind. On the other hand I was a volleyball player and a goal keeper. I like travelling and to integrate with people and to know more about the different cultures. I am practicing also some other sports like tennis and swimming.
