McDonald's Employee Review
Average working environment
McDonald's is an average working environment. Working there requires great communication skills with the customers, as well as the ability to multi-task during work hours. Every work day seems like a routine with little changes. My colleages, co-workers, and managers are all friendly not only to the customers but to one another. The most enjoyable part of the job was communicating and serving customers with pleasure.

Rush hours tend to get very busy
Once employed crewmembers are thrown into task that are completely foreign to them. There is little to no task training. There is no rotating of positions to cross train and build viable teams to put out product in a timely manor. Lots of blind chiefs and a few confused and jumpy Indians.
Bad service restricts output potiential and profits.
All the crews are great. The management also performing very well but it's a little bit of tired when working at the restaurant since it's a well known fast food restaurant so the customers never stop coming to the place. The working environment also nice since all team had so much fun while working together.
Not enough break hours (only 30 minutes) with a lots of work. The ratio is not that fair.
