med career company less benefits mean it can bid less than the other same field companies and can win the bids in addition poor administration lead to a lot of employees problems
This company is one of the best company in Gulf and all over the world.I recommend any one to join Khatib and Alami. Management is very cooperative. Salary in time, vacation on time, medical facilities. value for the engineers etc.

Being a Project HSE in charge working in K&A is chalenging however, yearly increase of salary energize my feeling.I decided to search employemnt cause nowadays, it seems the company is not getting sufficient project.

the hardest part of the job is salary amount is very low.

I like it. It was good but far from where I was living. Overall, it was OK
