every thing is good I worked in the Egyptian restaurant and learned many things there. We were one very good team working daily working at least 200cover Also the Lebanese restaurant as well

• Greeting visitors in a warm, professional manner. • Ensuring that the Front Office area remains professional and presentable by: 1. Dealing with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face. 2. Completing procedures when guests arrive and leave. 3. Choosing rooms and handing out keys. 4. Preparing bills and taking payments. 5. Taking and passing on messages to guests. 6. Dealing with special requests from guests (like booking theatre tickets or storing valuable items). 7. Answering questions about what the hotel offers and the surrounding area. 8. Dealing with complaints or problems.
