-Line & Function Manager for FSO Vodafone Program, Mobinil Program & Etisalat Program as well in EEL. -Managing more than 33 teams with about 160 subordinates from both function & line perspective. -Support 7 CPMs in Vodafone Program to deliver part of their target with customer with 11 Teams. -Support 1 CPM in Mobinil Project to deliver part of their target with customer with 4 Teams. -Support 3 CPMs in Etisalat Program to deliver part of their target with customer with 18 Teams. -Manage 7 Project Coordinators & 2 Implementation Manager in my organization to handle those 33 teams function/line wise. -Direct reporting to Head of FSO Egypt. -Familiar with Ericsson management & Facility tools like (EB, SAP, E-forms, Concur, Gordon, Site Handler, Agency Handler ....). -Line & Function Manager of more than 200 subordinates.
Atypical day at work is very challenging and full of nice and ugly surprises but it keeps you on edge and always alert. what have I learned is not to get involved in internal company politics as its not rewarding at all. management is unfortunately full of hypocrites and if your not one of them your always held back from many development benefits. hardest part of the job is keeping your self clear of being back stabbed its a major distraction. most enjoyable part is you see what you accomplish right in front of you.
