Working with a big team has a lot of advantages, learning new and different methods and cultures celebrating a lot of accomplishments and a collaborative diverse working environment
I have been working at Best Companies full-time for more than 5 years Pros • Friendly, often relaxed atmosphere. • No one is ever too busy to help out each other. • Employees are encouraged to undertake further training to benefit their careers. • Flexible working hours with the option to work from home in certain situations. • Senior management is open and honest with us (which has improved greatly over the time I've been here). • On-site cafe with free lunches. • Free parking. Cons • Although steps have been taken to reduce it, there is still a feeling of the company being more reactive than proactive with things sometimes being left to the last minute. • At times there seems to be a slight divide between the departments upstairs and downstairs, which may be down to the varied nature of the work being carried out in each department.
Great working culture , loads of benefits , work is structured . Downside is the the politics and the easy hire and fire , a lot of redundancies were made .
The team was excellent and I have nothing against the company. I took the opportunity to build professional experience when I was a young college student, specially with a well known international company; however, I don't support the industry and now with the awareness about the harms of smoking, I couldn't post an overall 5 Star rating
Great work envirnoment and income
