As a Project Manager you will oversee, coordinate, and manage the execution of projects involving HV and EHV substations. ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the requisite quality standards. Your role involves detailed planning, team leadership, and consistent communication with all stakeholders to maintain alignment and project momentum.

Key Accountabilities

• Leading and overseeing project teams in the planning and execution of utility substation projects.
• Preparing project proposals, including budget estimates and construction timelines.
• Overseeing the selection and procurement of substation equipment, ensuring designs meet project specifications and include necessary diagrams and physical layouts.
• Ensuring adherence to company procedures across project teams.
• Conducting quality assurance and control checks to guarantee the integrity and accuracy of all project deliverables.
• Maintaining consistent communication with clients through meetings and regular updates.
• Managing project scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing substation or similar infrastructure projects.
• BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering is a must; PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in the Saudi market is advantageous.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
