The Role

We’re on the hunt for an experienced and proactive Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to take full ownership of our global supply chain. You’ll be responsible for keeping our products flowing from factory to Amazon, optimizing everything from freight and inventory planning to supplier negotiations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, from sourcing to Amazon FBA delivery.
  • Develop smart forecasting models and ensure our inventory is always where it needs to be.
  • Create logistics strategies that cut costs and improve speed without sacrificing reliability.
  • Identify and negotiate with suppliers, including sourcing alternatives beyond China.
  • Collaborate with product, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches.
  • Maintain detailed procurement records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Track KPIs and continuously suggest improvements based on the data.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain or procurement roles.
  • A strategic mindset with laser-sharp attention to detail.
  • Confidence using data to solve problems and improve systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (in English).
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple moving parts.
  • Experience with Amazon FBA is a plus—but not essential.
