About Us
The Address Investments is the leading brokerage company in the real-estate market/industry in Egypt by offering a unique experience to the customer by having wide variety of network as we are partnered 300+ developing projects in order for the customers to secure their dream home. The sales department at The Address Investments are hiring motivated sales specialist that will be:
- Responsible for effectively communicating with clients
- Providing an exceptional service to the customers
- Managing sales activities
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Making presentations to promote new projects and special deals.
- Contact potential clients through e-calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
- Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in customer service and sales
- Experience in sales management and training
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
