Position Overview:

AIM Consultants LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Relations (PR) Specialist with a robust network within the real estate industry, particularly in the Gulf region. This part-time role requires a dynamic professional who can effectively manage PR campaigns, boost brand visibility, and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry knowledge and communication expertise to foster positive brand recognition and media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to enhance brand reputation and market presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top real estate companies, industry influencers, journalists, and media outlets.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and real estate companies to negotiate partnerships and collaborations.
  • Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to effectively promote our initiatives, products, and services.
  • Organize press conferences, media interviews, and PR events to maximize exposure and media coverage.
  • Monitor media coverage related to real estate, identify trends, and provide reports to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and executive leadership to align PR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to proactively identify PR risks or opportunities.
  • Manage crisis communications, addressing any negative publicity quickly and effectively.
  • Measure the success of PR campaigns through media monitoring and impact analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a PR Specialist, particularly in the real estate industry.
  • Established network of connections within the top real estate companies and media outlets in the Gulf region.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for various audiences.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative PR strategies.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in PR software, media monitoring tools, and social media platforms.
  • Experience in crisis management and navigating PR challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating PR campaign performance.
