Job Summary:
2M Plast Group is hiring a Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance and control functions across its manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate must come from industries with zero-tolerance for error, such as food, pharmaceuticals, or fire safety systems, and have deep knowledge of quality standards, risk management, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and enforce strict quality control procedures

Lead internal audits, root cause analysis, and CAPA

Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in quality management
• Previous experience in food, pharmaceutical, or firefighting equipment industries is a must
• Strong background in ISO standards, process documentation, and risk assessment
• High attention to detail and zero-compromise attitude on product safety
