Our dynamic and growing company, El Amer Contracting & Supplies (ACS), located in Heliopolis, Cairo, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who not only excels in administrative support but also possesses a strong aptitude and experience in marketing, social media management, and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming1 and outgoing communications (phone calls, emails, mail).
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Manage and create engaging content for our company's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials, social media posts, and presentations.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and engagement, providing regular reports.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative and marketing tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in an administrative assistant role.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other common office software.
  • Demonstrable education and/or practical experience in Marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage and create content for various social media platforms.
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication,2 interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
