Scope of the Job:
The Product and UX Manger will work in the Drinkies eCommerce team of Al Ahram Beverages Company (ABC), part of HEINEKEN group. He / she focuses on optimization of the individual journeys of online shoppers of Al Ahram Beverages brands, at Drinkies.net and the Drinkies app, primarily through constructing the interaction or visual representation of a user experience journey. They take feedback from user research and first party data and interpret it into a solution for the business and the users. You will work closely together with the Drinkies team, and will have access to an international network and expertise of HEINEKEN digital marketers from around the world.
Main team focus is to drive market share growth for ABC/Drinkies by seizing the opportunity in eCommerce - accelerating online sales and new business for ABC portfolio - by continuously improve online ordering experience, basket size and conversion.
The ideal candidate will take an analytical approach to problem solving and has a proven track record in building and executing strategic UX, optimization and conversion aimed at new customer acquisition and growing revenues per consumer in the digital space.
Job Responsibilities:
- Centralize, own and optimize the online user journey from awareness channels / demand generation to 1st time page visits and App downloads to engagement and conversion.
- Drive eCommerce sales through conversion optimization, solving consumer pain points in the funnel.
- Implement a constant and iterative optimization approach by tracking all activities, changes, monitoring results and implementing improvements.
- Constantly optimise the online assortment, in terms of availability, affordability, visibility and promotions. Both for Drinkies and independent stores connected to eCommerce.
- Report on channel / initiatives results to stakeholders and senior management. Not only collecting data but interpreting and offering recommendations.
- Help Define and track campaigns within: search engine optimization, viral / social media marketing, display / pay per click marketing.

Job Requirements
Education, Certifications and Licenses:
- Computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent.
- Language: Fluent in English and Arabic both spoken and written.
- Google analytics certified is a plus
Knowledge and Experience:
- At least 3+ years of work experience with at least 1 year experience as website or app product/UX/conversion optimization specialist or similar role .
- Pro-active, creative, smart, resourceful and resilient self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment where initiative and innovation are required.
- Proven experience in setting up and driving sustainable / profitable sales via eCommerce.
- Strong data driven analytical skills, coupled with strong marketing foundation.
