Job Description
1) Handling network issues including hardware and software.
2) Support, document and monitor the IT Helpdesk.
3) Performing daily and monthly checklists and Reports.
4) Upgrading the network infrastructure.
5) Training new system users and setting up their accounts.
6) Configuring and enhancing servers.
Job Requirements
1) Office365 Exchange Online, SharePoint & Workflows, Power Automate
2) On-Premises Domain Controllers , MS Terminal Server, SAP B1, NAS
3) Firewalls Sophos
4) Hypervisors vSphere including ESXi 7 with vCenter
5) Reports Using SQL queries
6) Network infrastructure design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
7) Surveillance System
8) Voice Over IP
9) Hardware Maintaining
