Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to manage the full employee lifecycle, from offer issuance and onboarding to exit formalities. This role will handle critical HR administrative processes including employment contracts, visa processing, Iqama issuance/renewals, medical insurance, banking arrangements, and other onboarding/offboarding tasks, while ensuring full compliance with labor laws across MENA countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, including offer letters, employment contracts, visa processing, Iqama issuance, medical insurance enrollment, and setting up employee bank accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements across all MENA countries in which we operate.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, contracts, benefits, and general queries.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Assist with the administration of benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Manage the offboarding process, conduct exit interviews, and prepare analytical feedback reports.
  • Support the development and regular updating of HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in employment laws and company practices.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless employee experience throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the MENA region.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience working with employee documentation, visa processing, and HR systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS tools.
