At PetroApp, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Manager to become an integral part of our team. This position plays a key role in shaping our workforce and ensuring that we cultivate a supportive and high-performance workplace. He will be responsible for all HR-related activities, policies and employee engagement across our operations. He will be reporting to the Group HR Director.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies to support our business objectives while enhancing employee satisfaction.
• Manage recruitment processes, ensuring an effective onboarding experience for new hires.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with all social insurance and labor law regulations, while managing the complete medical cycle for employees.
• Oversee employee relations, compliance, and conflict resolution issues.
• Coordinate performance management processes and leadership development programs.
• Administer compensation and benefits plans, analyzing trends for best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages employee involvement and feedback.
• Responsible for the Payroll Process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HR with a focus on HR operations.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and labor legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Holding MBA is a plus.
