Position Summary:We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Account Manager specializing in Modern Trade to oversee our sales operations within a designated geographic area. This role is critical to driving growth, increasing market share, and leading a high-performing sales team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
Responsibilities:- Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand the market.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to drive outstanding performance.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the Modern Market segment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and sales campaigns.
- Analyze sales reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management
- Demonstrated track record in the FMCG industry with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Deep understanding of the local market, distribution channels, and customer behavior.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
